Mission & Vision
This September in the Swiss Alps, I invite you to step into a space of calm, clarity, and deep self-connection. My mission is to guide you through a gentle yet transformative journey, where Qigong, mindfulness, and nature come together to help you realign with your life’s true purpose.
Over the years, my Qigong gatherings have become more than classes — they are a warm, supportive “Qigong family,” where each person is welcomed exactly as they are. This retreat continues that spirit, offering an intimate and nurturing environment where movement, stillness, and nature weave together. You’ll be guided through Medical Qigong practices, seated meditations, and mindful walking along alpine trails, surrounded by like-minded companions who value peace, presence, and self-discovery.
