About this Retreat
I’ve been teaching yoga since 1999, and what began as a personal practice quickly became a lifelong devotion to sharing this work with others.
I’m a CYT500 certified through Yoga Alliance, and I lead 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings through MBODY Yoga School. Supporting future teachers as they step into their voice and calling is an incredible honor.
And yet—my heart truly belongs to teaching groups.
There’s something powerful that happens when we gather in a shared space to breathe, move, and grow together. I see every class as a conversation. While I may be guiding the room, I deeply recognize that we are all students. As I teach, I am learning. As I hold space, I am held by the collective energy of the community.
My classes weave together mindful movement, breath, music, and embodied awareness. I draw from decades of study, practice, and lived experience to create spaces that feel grounded, welcoming, and real—where strength and softness can coexist, and where you’re invited to meet yourself exactly as you are.
Yoga, to me, isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. And I’m grateful to keep practicing—right alongside you.
Details of this retreat
This weekend yoga retreat will be a soulful, cozy gathering—an intimate space for those of us feeling the need to reset, to reconnect, to gently come home to ourselves.
We’ll move. We’ll breathe. We’ll journal. We’ll rest. We might even dance. Together, we’ll explore the quiet wisdom of the seasonal shift, asking:
What am I ready to let go of?
What wants to grow in me now?
Through yoga, stillness, honest reflection, and heartful community, we’ll tend to those tender places where healing begins—and create space for something lighter, freer, more you to emerge.
You’ll leave with a few soul tools in your pocket—and that grounded glow you can carry long after the weekend ends.
Extra Features: We're honored to welcome Eric Kirkham, an experienced facilitator who will guide us through a traditional Sweat Lodge ceremony in the retreat's backyard. This ancient purification ritual offers profound physical, emotional, and spiritual cleansing.
The Sweat Lodge creates a sacred space for releasing deeply held patterns, emotions, and energies that are ready to be transformed. Participants enter the lodge with intention, sitting together in the warmth and darkness as we engage in ritual practices of healing and cleansing. This powerful ceremony has been used for centuries as a rebirth ritual—emerging from the lodge symbolizes stepping into a new chapter of life.
