About Cassie Chechile
Cassie Chechile
Mission & Vision
The Self Studio retreat experiences were created to offer a soft landing in a world that constantly asks us to do more, give more, and stay busy.
We exist to hold space for the people whoβve been holding everything else.
For the ones craving stillness, reconnection, and a deeper relationship with themselves.
Our retreats are not about escaping your life β theyβre about remembering the parts of you that feel most alive.
Through intentional movement, rest, community, and care, we help you return to your body, your rhythm, your truth.
Because healing doesnβt always happen in big breakthroughs β sometimes it begins in the quiet.
Sometimes it starts with a weekend.
And that weekend might just change everything.

Driving is the most convenient way to reach Andes, NY. Itβs a peaceful, scenic trip into the heart of the Catskills. Weβll provide exact address details and support ride-sharing coordination from Westchester, NYC, and surrounding areas.
π Train Options
You can also take the Metro-North Hudson Line from Grand Central Station to Poughkeepsie, NY (approx. 2 hours). From there, Andes is a 1 hr 45 min drive. We recommend arranging a car rental from the Poughkeepsie station or coordinating with others in the group to share a ride.
Amtrak also services Hudson, NY or Albany-Rensselaer stations β both require a car rental or car service for the final leg.

Trailways and ShortLine buses run from NYC to Margaretville, NY (15 minutes from Andes). Service is limited, but weβll help coordinate pickups or connect you with other guests.
