Details of this retreat

Step away from the noise and into a weekend designed entirely for your restoration, reflection, and renewal.

The Spring Equinox Reset is a 3-day, 2-night luxury wellness retreat in the heart of the Catskills, timed to align with one of the most potent moments of the year — the Spring Equinox, when day and night are perfectly balanced. It’s a natural invitation to reset your own balance and step into the new season lighter, brighter, and more grounded.

Hosted in a charming 1900 Queen Anne Victorian in Andes, NY, this retreat offers a cozy yet elegant space for rest and connection. You’ll be surrounded by mountain air, small-town charm, and spaces that invite you to slow down — from fireside lounges to a sauna and outdoor spaces to soak in the early spring sun.

Over the course of the weekend, you’ll enjoy:

Daily yoga & meditation to help you connect with your breath, body, and inner clarity.

Sound baths to soothe your nervous system and create space for deep rest.

Seasonally-inspired meals made with care, to nourish and ground you.

Spacious afternoons for reading, journaling, walking in nature, or simply napping.

Optional add-ons like Reiki or massage for deeper release and self-care.

The pace is intentional — not a packed schedule, but enough guided experiences to help you drop into presence, while leaving plenty of space to follow your own rhythm.

This retreat is for you if…

You’ve been feeling overextended and need time to fill your cup.

You’re craving a change of pace and an intentional seasonal reset.

You want to feel supported by a small, like-hearted group in a beautiful setting.

You’ll leave feeling clear-headed, rested, and aligned with the fresh energy of spring — carrying that sense of balance back into your everyday life.
