Cassie Chechile is the founder of The Self Studio, a wellness brand dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through yoga, mindfulness, and nervous system support. Based in Westchester, NY, Cassie blends over a decade of experience in communications with her deep passion for wellness, creating spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and rediscover their inner wisdom.
A certified yoga instructor currently completing advanced 300-hour training, Cassie’s teaching style is accessible and compassionate — honoring each student’s unique journey. She believes in meeting people exactly where they are and weaving together breath, movement, and stillness to help cultivate resilience and balance.
Through The Self Studio and her retreats, Cassie’s mission is to create supportive, inclusive communities where healing and growth feel both possible and joyful.
When she’s not teaching or planning retreats, you’ll find Cassie exploring new wellness practices, enjoying time with her husband and dogs, or diving into creative projects that inspire connection and self-discovery.
