Details of this retreat

For women in a changing economy...
In times that feel unstable and unjust—economically, politically, and personally—many of us are concerned about money, security, and the world we want to live in.
How do we stay grounded when the world feels upside down? How can we create stability without sacrificing our values, wellbeing, or spiritual life?
Join Amy Leo and Gloria Baraquio for an empowering weekend in the redwoods, where we can explore our power and choice in the future of money. We will step away from the noise of our lives to listen deeply to our hearts.
Through yoga, meditation, meaningful conversation, and practical financial guidance, weʻll bring more awareness and wisdom into how we spend, save, invest, and make a difference in the world.
This retreat is for women who are ready to:

feel free to express and share about challenging topics
transmute their strong emotions into clear, empowered action
grow and adapt to new and changing economic landscapes
align their spiritual values with their financial choices
be supported by a community of powerful, caring women

If you’ve been feeling uncertain about the future—or simply want to approach money with equanimity and kindness—this weekend offers the space to pause, get curious, and rewrite our future.
Come reconnect with your wisdom, your resources, and your power.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:

Amy, “the Money Yogini,” is the founder of The Prosperity Practice and creator of the Mindful Money approach. She blends finance, yoga, and personal development to help women build a steady, empowered relationship with money especially in a world changing fast through AI, automation, and economic uncertainty.

Her background bridges both traditional financial foundations (real estate, stocks, and entrepreneurship) with emerging, digital assets.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Financial Therapist, Amy integrates mindfulness, somatic tools, and practical financial education to support both inner steadiness and outer strategy.

Mindful Money isn’t about hustle culture or “get rich” energy. It’s about building resilience, expanding options, and making money decisions from clarity rather than fear, so you’re prepared for what’s next. Through group programs, one-on-one guidance, and retreats, Amy supports women in aligning finances with values, wellbeing, and life purpose.

You can learn more about Gloria Baraquio here.  Gloria is the Founder of Shivakali Yoga School and the Director of Programs at Ratna Ling. She has been receiving invaluable wealth coaching from Amy, and she recommends her to all of her yoga students, friends, and clients!

wonderful space to relax
I went to Ratna Ling Retreat Center for a yoga and sound retreat. I've never been here and didn't know anyone who had been here, so I was taking a leap of faith, and it paid off. I had a great time.

Ratna Ling provided clean, modern space yoga studio with heated floors. The food was fresh (vegetarian) and the guest cabins were nested in the forest. Half the cabins were 5 min walk to the lodge, and the other cabins #14-17 were 10 min walk or 3 min drive. Because of the rain and evening yoga classes ending around 8-9pm, I drove.

I guess the only complaint i might have is that the bedrooms and bathroom doors didn't have locks. I was assigned a roommate, a lovely woman and we had no problems, but no locks on bathroom doors, weird.

Meditation retreat - grounding community
Im so thankful I made the time for a weekend long meditation retreat at Ratna Ling. George was the lead facilitator and I was grateful for his ability to create a safe, open, and accessible space for all. He gently guided us to longer meditation sits, with an array of different approaches. I left the weekend feeling grounded, with a stronger commitment to meditation and a wonderful community. Hope to be back soon!

No Complaints
The food.
The lodging.
The Conference Center/Yoga Studio.
The Temple that we were given a private tour to.

The setting.
And the Staff.

The only complaint I could give was that the retreat was far too short.

Thank You.
