About this Retreat
Amy is the founder of The Prosperity Practice and creator of the Mindful Money approach. With a unique blend of expertise in finance, yoga, and personal development, Amy is on a mission to transform women's relationships with money.
At 23, Amy purchased her first rental property. A year later, in 2011, she launched an insurance advisory business that not only continues to thrive today but has also allowed for several months of leisurely travel each year since its inception.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Amy combines her financial acumen with yoga training to bring a unique mindfulness perspective to financial wellness. This approach nurtures both financial health and personal, physical, and spiritual growth.
Her approach is not about chasing wealth for wealth's sake, but about creating a harmonious relationship with money that supports overall wellbeing and life purpose.
Through group programs, one-on-one guidance, and retreats, Amy provides a supportive environment aligning finances with core values.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Gloria has been teaching vinyasa since 2006, studying Tibetan Buddhism since 2004, and singing devotional music since she was a child. She earned her 200-hour certificate from Yoga Hawaii and her 300-hour training with Raghunath Cappo and Radhanath Swami in India. Gloria has practiced with spiritual, indigenous, and ancient traditions of Hawaii, Catholicism, Christianity, Baha'i, Agape, Vaishnavism, Hinduism, Zen, and Tibetan Buddhism. Her aim is to help each individual cultivate an intimate relationship with themselves and their surroundings so that they can live more fully, with love, peace, gratitude and well-being. Gloria is currently the Director of Programs at Ratna Ling, sharing her time between the Big Island of Hawaii and Ratna Ling. She is also the Co-Director of Shivakali Yoga School.

For women in a changing economy...
In times that feel unstable and unjust—economically, politically, and personally—many of us are concerned about money, security, and the world we want to live in.
How do we stay grounded when the world feels upside down? How can we create stability without sacrificing our values, wellbeing, or spiritual life?
Join Amy Leo and Gloria Baraquio for an empowering weekend in the redwoods, where we can explore our power and choice in the future of money. We will step away from the noise of our lives to listen deeply to our hearts.
Through yoga, meditation, meaningful conversation, and practical financial guidance, weʻll bring more awareness and wisdom into how we spend, save, invest, and make a difference in the world.
This retreat is for women who are ready to:
feel free to express and share about challenging topics
transmute their strong emotions into clear, empowered action
grow and adapt to new and changing economic landscapes
align their spiritual values with their financial choices
be supported by a community of powerful, caring women
If you’ve been feeling uncertain about the future—or simply want to approach money with equanimity and kindness—this weekend offers the space to pause, get curious, and rewrite our future.
Come reconnect with your wisdom, your resources, and your power.
