Details of this retreat

Calling all women yogis! We want you to feel wealthy in all the ways!

What is your relationship with money and finances? How can you feel more spiritually aligned with what you do and how you spend your time, dollars, and energy?  This retreat is designed to empower and excite you when it comes to money matters and spiritual life. You can be spiritual and financially thriving!

In this retreat, we use yoga principles to activate not only our spiritual lives, but also how we spend, earn, save, invest, and share our financial resources. This weekend is for you if you are ready to:

Transform and heal your relationship to money.
Let managing finances be a spiritual and self-care practice.
Enjoy earning, saving, spending, investing, and giving.
Learn new and creative ways to work with money.
Feel GOOD, abundant, and mindful when it comes to money.
Get clarity and purpose around your finances.

We will explore how to apply yoga principles and practices to activate our financial practices. We will reflect on dharma, impermanence, integrity, balance, flexibility, equanimity, nonattachment, surrender, faith, and creativity with our money.

We will develop financial literacy, discussing terms like: 401k, IRA, cryptocurrencies, stocks, bonds, portfolios, compound interest, dividends, bull vs bear market, and any other questions you may have!

This retreat is specifically for women who want to feel CLEAR about their money, their earning, their career, and their future. We want you to to have choices and power around how you earn, save, and spend. We want you to feel independent and free in your life, and we know it takes time, re-education, and rewiring of the nervous system.

This retreat is NOT for you if:

You are new to money and finance work and healing.
You are avoidant and anxious about money and debt.
You have debt and no means to get out of it.
You have a strong relationship with money, wealth, and investments.

This retreat is FOR YOU if:

You have 2+ years of money and finance education/healing.
You are ready to learn and implement more strategies for earning, saving, investing, sharing, and scaling.
You have many logistical questions about budgeting and investing.
You want to integrate spiritual views and practices with your financial life.
You want to allow money and finances to empower your spiritual life.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:
Amy, "the Money Yogini", is the founder of The Prosperity Practice and creator of the Mindful Money approach. With a unique blend of expertise in finance, yoga, and personal development, Amy is on a mission to transform women's relationships with money. At 23, Amy purchased her first rental property. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Amy combines her financial acumen with yoga training to bring a unique mindfulness perspective to financial wellness. This approach nurtures both financial health and personal, physical, and spiritual growth.
Her approach is not about chasing wealth for wealth's sake, but about creating a harmonious relationship with money that supports overall wellbeing and life purpose. Through group programs, one-on-one guidance, and retreats, Amy provides a supportive environment aligning finances with core values.

Rat a Ling with Gretchen
Just what I needed. Gretchen was a teacher of many things and I came away with many tools to enrich my soul. An amazing group of people all of whom brought so much to the group. I will be returning for sure.

The most peaceful retreat center set in nature
I LOVE Ratna LIng. It is remote, peaceful, with nothing but nature sounds to hear. The fall is lovely here. Lots of wind, the sound of leaves and birds and trees. It's a very easy place to disconnect from all the city things and people here. The retreat program I participated in was not overly scheduled, calm, healing. Food was super fresh, vegetarian, and lovely. The cottages are soooo nice! I left wanting more time there...

Best retreat in Bay Area
This was my third time and all I can say is each time I fall in love even more with Ratna Ling! The entire wooded forest, the gorgeous cabins, the free roaming turkeys, the incredibly delicious meals and Ofcourse the energy of peace radiating through out. Linda the director co led this retreat which was filled with insights and activities to calm and reset. Forest meditation to self massage techniques. We also received books and a journal. I highly recommend a Ratna retreat to everyone!
