Details of this retreat
Join award-winning author and channel Paul Selig for a six-day channeled retreat at Menla, a stunning sanctuary nestled deep within New York’s Catskill Mountains. Experience the Guides’ newest teachings on transforming consciousness and aligning to a higher octave of reality in one of the most beautiful times of the year — peak autumn foliage in the Catskills.
Paul and his Guides will deliver their latest channeled teachings on moving beyond limitation, aligning with higher purpose, and lifting to what they call the Upper Room — the vibrational field of the Divine Self. Through lectures, attunements, empathic work, Q&A sessions, energy transmissions, and group exercises, participants will be led on a journey of self-realization and healing designed to help you move beyond fear, claim your inherent divinity, and shift your reality to a higher state of being.
Surrounded by vibrant fall colors, cascading streams, and forested mountain trails, Menla offers the perfect environment for inner renewal and spiritual expansion. This acclaimed retreat and wellness center, owned by Tibet House US, combines the serenity of a secluded mountain valley with the comfort of modern accommodations and a world-class spa inspired by Tibetan healing traditions.
Guests can enjoy peaceful forest walks, meditation gardens, and quiet moments of reflection among the changing leaves — or indulge in the onsite spa’s saunas, steam rooms, and internationally acclaimed services. Menla’s nourishing vegetarian meals, prepared with organic ingredients (many from their on-site gardens), provide another way to connect body, mind, and spirit throughout the retreat.
While this gathering will offer the opportunity for deep learning and energetic transformation, it’s also a chance to unplug, rest, and connect with fellow seekers from around the world.
Join us for an unforgettable autumn retreat — an opportunity to work closely with Paul and his Guides in one of the most peaceful and spiritually charged settings in North America.

Customer Reviews
Lovely location with beautiful views and a peaceful feeling
I loved being there, getting to feel connected to nature, and to catch up on reading.
There was food every day offered by Menla staff. Good quality, though very high fiber. Worth considering bringing a beano tablet with you.
Staff had some awkward moments. My group was definitely treated with the sense that we were a fat camp (we were not) and talks were very gendered, even though I am nonbinary I was lumped in with women and sacred womanhood talk.
The Spa was wonderful - big showers, the robes fit my plus size body, no one was weird about my body. I got a wonderful and super relaxing facial and I took a salt bath which was wonderful. The tub might not be well suited for a very tall person but I am 5'2 and so I fit perfectly fine.
We had a bonfire, which was so nice. They offered smores supplies. Loved it.
Overall a wonderful experience. I would love to come back.
