About this Retreat
Spyridoula Grigoropoulou, born in 1983, has been deeply immersed in the world of visual arts since 2003, exploring and expressing her creativity through various artistic mediums. Her profound love for art and healing eventually guided her to the ultimate form of art: nature. Since 2007, she has been crafting unique experiential journeys as an outdoor activity guide, combining her artistic vision with the transformative power of the natural world. In 2024, her dedication earned her recognition as an award-winning mountain guide.
Her connection to nature inspired a passion for studying the healing properties of water and its intricate relationship with the human body. This fascination led her to expand her expertise in 2015 by training in holistic healing practices such as Aura Soma phototherapy/chromatherapy and Reiki, where she achieved the level of Reiki Master. Through these methods, she helps individuals restore balance on physical, mental, and energetic levels.
In 2024, Spyridoula’s love for art, nature, and water culminated in her specialization as a water sommelier, reflecting her commitment to exploring and sharing the profound connection between humanity and the natural world.
