Intuition Boost Portugal was born when three women came together with the mission of spreading the love for food, feeling deeply and selfcare. To help women and men to take care of themselves, in a natural way. With Mindfulness and Gratitude for what live gives us. We all have in us what we need to be happy, Intuition is the key to happiness and connection. In this Retreat we offer Yoga and Meditation for the body and mind, nourishing food and teachings about intuitive cooking and eating and the magic of Emotion Code to dig deeper into the layers of the subconscious. Emotion Code brings up what the mind hides, and gives the opportunity to release old fears and blockades. Serving delicious meals, and sitting together by the fire makes this experience feel like coming home in our mountains.

The Retreat Center Bodhi Bhavan is beautifully situated on the second highest mountain in the Algarve. The location offers breathtaking views, a natural garden with many fruit trees and secret spots, and walks in nature right in front of our door step.
It is a unique place, with a yoga shala that overlooks the mountains all the way down to the sea. We offer you a range of beautiful, cozy rooms and communal spaces. You can enjoy a fresh, natural pool and drink from a healing mountain spring.

Nearest Airport is Faro, Algarve, Portugal. From here you can take a rental car or a transport which we can organize for you. From Faro it is a 1 hr drive to Monchique.You can also fly to Lisbon Airport, which is a 3,5 hr drive away.
