Why Healing Informed Somatic Education Exists
Healing Informed Somatic Education exists to help people understand and work with the natural intelligence of their bodies. Many of us grew up without tools to navigate stress, overwhelm, or the deeper patterns shaping our lives. This work offers a clear, grounded way to reconnect with ourselves, release what’s been held too long, and build the capacity to live with more presence, choice, and ease. It exists because healing shouldn’t be mysterious or out of reach—everyone deserves access to their own aliveness.

Your luxury retreat experience begins in San José (SJO), where you’ll board a private charter flight to Quepos. From there, Imiloa’s welcoming team will meet you with SUVs, handle your baggage, and drive you 30 minutes up the mountain to the retreat center.
